The project. Our contribution.
Solar (NE02) is Quintain’s 487-home development at Wembley Park. The scheme includes residential accommodation, reception and amenity spaces, a community centre and new office space for the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
Griffiths Evans was the MEP consultant on the project. The development achieved Gateway 3 approval under the Building Safety Act, with Construction Enquirer reporting the project-team milestone in September 2025.
