Brabazon Town Centre is a major new urban quarter for North Bristol. YTL’s mixed-use plans bring together 1,750 residential apartments, 38,000 m² of office space, 12,000 m² of retail and 4,700 m² of cultural space.
Griffiths Evans provided the MEP strategy and concept design as part of the wider masterplanning process, establishing coordinated infrastructure to support phased delivery and long-term sustainability objectives.
Our work focused on scalable energy, utilities and building services strategies across residential, commercial, retail and cultural uses. These strategies form the technical foundation for future detailed design.
Waitrose has been secured as a key anchor tenant, supporting the vision for a community-focused town centre serving Brabazon’s growing population.
